Monitoring conditions in demanding environments is often challenging because the targets are located in difficult places and obtaining data requires a durable and maintenance-free solution. The IOTSU® IMPACT N12 meets this need by accurately monitoring temperature and humidity and automatically sending the measurement data to the cloud via Elisa’s reliable NB-IoT network.
The solution is suitable for monitoring conditions in electrical and fiber optic cabinets, transformer sites, production facilities, and warehouses. Real-time remote monitoring helps detect deviations, prevent damage, and ensure the operational reliability of critical equipment.
Flexible installation in various environments
IOTSU® IMPACT N12 can be installed flexibly depending on the location. Typically, the device is installed outside, so it measures outdoor temperature and an external probe is installed inside (for example: in an electrical cabinet).
This provides information about both the internal and external conditions of the cabinet simultaneously.
Alternatively, the IOTSU® IMPACT N12 device can be installed inside a cabinet or transformer, in which case the probe is located close to the measured components. This provides a good view of the actual conditions close to the equipment. In this case, the device can be equipped with an external antenna, which is installed outside the cabinet to ensure reliable data transmission even from inside metal structures.
The device solution enables accurate and continuous monitoring in tough operating conditions.

The device is designed for long life and for completely wireless data transfer. The durable enclosure protects against dust, moisture, and mechanical stress, and the long lasting batteries ensure maintenance-free use for years to come.
Thanks to the NB-IoT connection, data transfer is reliable without the need for separate base stations or additional equipment. In addition, the device’s FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) feature enables remote software updates, ensuring its functionality and security in the future.
