The municipality of Janakkala has launched IOTSU® VARMA service to manage indoor air conditions at Tervakoski Community School. The IOTSU® VARMA service is used to monitor proper and high-quality conditions in the various rooms of the building in near real time.
Indoor air conditions are monitored using versatile and wireless Small Data Garden Oy IOTSU® measuring solutions and the IOTSU® VARMA Cloud service. Indoor air temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, volatile organic compounds, fine particles, and pressure differential across the building envelope are comprehensively measured. The measurement solutions provide high quality measurement data for the municipality of Janakkala. The IOTSU® VARMA service ensures good indoor air quality for people and structures.

The data collected by the IOTSU® VARMA service provides an overview of the conditions in the building in near real time. Weekly reports provide a clear picture of the situation at the site enable among others the follow-up monitoring of repairs. The service allows the municipality of Janakkala to focus its resources on the right places and to react quickly to potential problems.
