How a successful IoT solution and customer relation is created

Small Data Garden has already shipped over 70,000 devices to customers. The first step towards a successful delivery is to know our customers. ”It all starts with being available. You can always call, visit, or invite us over. You never have to wait in a call center queue or call the other side of the world”, says Small Data Garden’s Solution Specialist, Sander Soitu. ”It is important for us to know our customers’ needs.” Our customers also appreciate local production, flexible deliveries and easy implementation.

The delivery of an IoT solution begins with assessing the customer’s needs

The order and delivery process of an IoT solution starts with identifying the customer’s needs. We get to know our customers and their requirements thoroughly to offer a solution tailored specifically for them. “We provide both device and service solutions. The products can also be integrated to existing or new software systems. It depends on the customer’s needs which option is the best,” says Soitu.

Local production, ease of use and flexible delivery times are our strengths

Once the customer’s needs are identified, it is time to place the order and create a delivery schedule. Our devices are designed in Finland, tailored to Nordic conditions. Programming, final assembly and testing take place at our factory in the city Seinäjoki in western Finland. Local production ensures that we can guarantee timely delivery. “When the customer receives the shipment, they get a solution that is as ready as possible to be installed. The device is easy to install and use,” says Soitu. In addition to being easy to use, our devices are long-lasting. “The excellent battery life of our devices is a key part of their functionality. The batteries last a long time and are replaceable in most models.”
